Rizzo Electrical and has experience in all aspects of electrical design and construction, including high voltage wiring, pre-construction design and estimating, fiber optic installations, design/build, and special systems. Tony oversees all projects and all job management and is involved heavily in each project from inception to completion.

Anthony Rizzo III

  • Anthony Rizzo III is a third generation member of the Rizzo family. In 2013, he joined Rizzo Corporation full time as a Project Engineer where he stayed for the next 6 years, working on multiple projects both private and state.

  • Bob was hired in 1986 as an apprentice electrician, working on commercial, industrial, and residential projects, and then obtaining his E-2 journeyman electrical license. Bob then worked his way up to foreman running small projects, then up to larger commercial projects.

Bob has been a general foreman and project manager on such diverse projects as the DOT incident Management System, a Target retail store in Bethel, CT, and St. Vincent’s Medical Center Emergency 4 Meg Generator system.

Anthony managed a medium size Union electrical contracting firm, operating primarily in the Public Works market for over twenty years and has worked as a project manager and senior project manager over numerous construction projects.

Edward Barrett

  • Ed began his career in construction at the age of 16; his father was a site contractor, and, with his contacts, Ed started working summers for local construction companies drafting Architectural and Civil plans under the guidance of various architects and engineers.

One owner asked if Ed wanted to learn estimating, kickstarting a lifelong passion. Through high school and college, Ed continued to learn architectural drafting while working part-time with construction companies; in college, a professor eventually commented that he was getting a more valuable education by working in the industry and suggested Ed pursue his career through on-the-job training.

Some 40 years later in 2017, with widespread experience in estimating and pre-construction, Ed joined the Rizzo Team and continues to provide his many years of experience to new and exciting projects. Ed can say with pride when he drives around Connecticut that he had a hand in constructing many buildings both big and small.
